Preparation and characterization of mPEG-b-P4VP copolymers for graphene dispersion |

Methoxypolyethylene glycol-b-poly (4-vinylpyridine) block copolymers (mPEG-b-P4VP) have been synthesized by reversible addition−fragmentation chain-transfer (RAFT) polymerization and used for the stabilization of reduced graphene oxides. The graphene dispersions were then investigated using UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and elemental analysis (EA). The obtained results indicate that mPEG-b-P4VP block copolymers could be a potential candidate for the dispersion of graphene. |
