The plasma-polymerized-fluorocarbon (PPFC) films deposited by mid-range frequency sputtering process using polytetrafluoroethylene-carbon nanotube composite target shows an antireflection (AR) effect with low refractive index (~1.38), self-cleaning effect due to their low surface energy, excellent mechanical flexibility, and chemical stability. As a result, the AR PPFC films increase the power conversion efficiency of flexible perovskite solar cells (F-PSCs) from 18.6% to 20.4%, and improve the long-term stability of F-PSCs in humid environments. |
