제목 Simple and Rapid Synthesis of Large Scale Highly Efficient Cesium Lead Halide Perovskite Nanocrystals by Ultrasonication Method
초록 The exceptional optical and electronical properties of metal halide perovskite make it the ideal newly coming optoelectronic materials. Conventional synthetic methods such as hot injection or ligand-assisted re-precipitation are generally difficult to manufacture on a large scale due to complex conditions and long synthesis time. In this study, we introduced an optimized ultrasonication method that improves the stability of CsPbX3 perovskite nanocrystals and is suitable for rapid and mass-producible synthesis. We also confirmed the excellent photophysical properties of the synthesized perovskite nanocrystals which is suitable to be applied for the highly efficient display panel.
