제목 | Lithium storage behavior of ZnIn2S4/C nanocomposites and their synthesis |
초록 | Lithium ion batteries are of great interest in electronics markets for their high energy and power density. Although commercial graphite anode has good mechanical stability and electrical conductivity, its low specific capacity requires higher-capacity-alternatives. In this work, ZnIn2S4/C nanocomposites were synthesized as the anode material by a solvothermal method after mixing ordered mesoporous carbon with zinc indium sulfide (ZIS). The composites were designed with the expectation of the superior electrochemical performances. That is, ZIS was used due to its comprehensive properties from In2S3 and ZnS, which ensure high capacity and good stability with reversible lithium insertion/desertion, respectively. To complement ZIS, ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) was adopted to increase the electronic conductivity. Porous nature of OMC could also alleviate volume change of electrodes during lithiation/delithiation. |
