IPMCs, ionic polymer-metal composites, have been discussed in the point of various types such as sensors and actuators. In this study, we prepared the nanostructured polymer electrolyte membranes using highly well ordered porous anodic aluminum oxide templates by nano-imprint method to obtain high interfacial area between polymer electrolyte membrane and electrode, which could induce a better bending performance of IPMC or larger deformation and fast response. The prepared IPMC was characterized by the FE-SEM, double layered charge current and a laser displacement sensor. |
