제목 Fabrication of PAN Conducting fiber by wet spinning process
초록 In this study, we fabricated highly conducting fiber using conducting fillers by wet spinning. Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was used as the fiber forming polymer. Two-dimensional copper dendritic particle coated with silver (Ag-Cu dendrimer) was used as the conducting fillers. To prepare spinning solution, PAN (20 wt%) was first dissolved in DMF and conducting fillers were then uniformly dispersed in the polymer solution using a Thinky mixer. Coagulation was performed in DMF and water mixture (6:4 by volume) at 60 ºC and the fiber draw ratio was in the range of 1 to 3. The electrical conductivity of PAN fiber as high as 1,034 S/cm.
