제목 The Study of SIS/PLGA Scaffolds and Costal Cartilage Cells for Cartilage Regeneration In vitro and In vivo
초록 Various contents SIS/PLGA scaffolds were fabricated and confirmed that according to different SIS content; 0, 10, 20, 40 and 80 wt%. Assays of 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) carried out to measure the attachment and proliferation of costal cartilage cells (CCs) in SIS/PLGA scaffolds. Glycosaminoglycan (sGAG) and collagen contents assay were conducted to confirm effects of SIS on formulation extra cellular matrix (ECM). And RT-PCR was carried out and immunohistochemistry staining was conducted to confirm the CCs specific genetic marker. In this study demonstrated that 20 wt% SIS/PLGA scaffolds showed positive effects on cell growth and proliferation.
