Synthesis of stimuli responsive boronic acid functional bearing polyaniline nanofiber for electrochemical sensor applications |
초록 |
A new approach for rapid oxidative polymerization of aminophenylboronic acid is described via boron-fluoride complexation. The polyaminophenylboronic acid (PAPBA) is prepared in phosphoric acid media at room temperature. Ammonium persulfate used as oxidizing agent and fluoride as binding molecule for altering the electronic state of boron for polymerization reaction have been substantiated by cyclic voltammetry, UV-visible spectroscopy and DFT calculations. The studies showed the resulting SPCE*/PAPBA owing nanofiber morphology with multiple functional moieties such as imine, azo and boronic acid (-NH+-, -N=N- and -B(OH)2) and are confirmed by SEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis. Finally, the practical applicability of SPCE*/PAPBA modified electrode was analyzed by direct electro catalytic detection of Free-Cl, NADH and indirect detection of fluoride ion and fructose by using as Fe2+/Fe3+ redox mediator. |
