제목 Electron Beam Curing of Acrylated Epoxy for Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive(ACA)
초록 Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive polymer was derived from acrylated epoxy(RF-1001) via electron beam curing method. E-beam curing works well with heat sensitive film materials because it is a very low heat application and drying process is not needed. The advantages of improved adhesive application, fast curing rate, and process cost reduction have made this advanced technology very attractive to its users. In this work, acrylated epoxy was cured by electron beam from 50 to 300kGy in various conditions. Cured epoxy was characterized by DSC, DMA, UTM.
