Organic Thin Film Transistor with Thermally Stable Polymeric Gate Insulator by Solution-Processing |

Pentacene organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) with thermally stable thin film as polymeric dielectric layer have been fabricated. The polymer was synthesized through the one-step condensation polymerization and has solution-processibility and superior thermal stability (about 500 ℃). We carried out an experiment on electrical properties of OTFTs at various dielectric layer curing-temperatures. A detailed synthetic route, device fabrication condition and electrical properties of OTFT with polymeric gate insulator will be presented. |
