Rheological properties of de-crosslinked XLPE(crosslinked-polyethylene) by supercritical fluid. |
초록 |
In this study, the re-plasticization of radiation-cross-linked polyethylene foam using supercritical fluids was investigated. The reaction was performed in a batch reactor using supercritical methanol fluid. At 380 ℃, 15MPa, gel fraction was 0% and thermoplastic properties was found. At the reaction temperature over 380 ℃, samples showed lower molecular weight than original PE resin, but the thermal properties of polyethylene didn't change so much after treatment. ARES was utilized to measure rheological properties with reacting temperature. |
