In solution state, λmax of biT(DTDFQx)2 and TT(DTDFQx)2 spectra were located in 481nm, 465 nm and bathochromic shift were taken in each film states about 11nm, 28nm respectively. The orientation of alkyl group and hindrance would be attributed to intermolecular packing and altered energy levels. And biT(DTDFQx)2 displayed more deep HOMO, LUMO energy level (-5.33, -2.86) than TT(DTDFQx)2 (-5.20, -2.70). BiT(DTDFQx)2 and TT(DTDFQx)2 were achieved (0.02, 0.03)% of power conversion efficiencies, Voc of (0.08, 0.42) V, Jsc of (0.88, 0.21) mA/cm2, FF of (0.24, 0.30)%. BiT(DTDFQx)2 and TT(DTDFQx)2 blended device could not be measured exactly due to the poor solubility in common solvents. |
