제목 | Biodegradable star-shaped poloxamer |
초록 | Poloxamer is a triblock copolymer of poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-PPO-PEO). Its micelle and gel properties have been a concern due to its interesting thermosensitive micellization and gelation. At above certain concentration, critical gel concentration (CGC), it forms a gel which has been studied for injectable drug delivery systems. But, poloxamer is not biodegradable and have a high CGC. The erosion rate is too fast to be used for long term delivery of pharmaceutical agents. We designed a star shape biodegradable poloxamer to solve above problems. The star-shape cyclotriphosphazene is synthesized by the reaction of hexachlorotriphosphazene with amine terminated poloxamers. And, their micellization and gelation properties were studied. |
