제목 | Non-conjugated Polyelectrolyte with High Electron density as a Novel Electron Transporting Layer for Organic Photovoltaics |
초록 | Recently, PCEs of OPVs exceeding 10% have been achieved for OPVs. Developing new interfacial materials for controlling of active layer/electrode interfacial modification has become an effective way to improve the PCEs of OPVs at present. Herein, we report a series of non-conjugated polyelectrolyte (NCPE) derived from fluorene and phenyl derivatives with different heteroatom linker. And these are successfully incorporated into OPVs as an ETL. The conjugation of the main chains of these polymers was interrupted by the heteroatom. Especially, the introduction of heteroatoms with different oxidation states can deepen the frontier molecular orbital energy levels of the polymers, and hence improve the charge collection ability of the resulting OPVs. These NCPEs are characterized using GPC, TGA, UV-vis spectroscopy, UPS, XPS surface profile. These polymers have good potential of promising candidates ETLs in single-junction OPVs. |
