Nanofiber-containing pH-dependent microhydrogels were developed through a combination of electrospinning & spraying. The mixture of solvents & dissolution time control parameters can employ important role to dissolve out unentrapped fibers within microhydrogels by using vacuum filtration method. Fluorescence & OM reveals uniform surfaces and smooth structures with nanofibers entrapped microhydrogels. It concludes that 60 mins of ionic crosslink gives perfectly entrapped microhydrogels on the nanofibers. As the fiber density increases, it shows the no. of fiber increased inside the microhydrogels. The amount of dissolved PLA fiber was analyzed by UV visible spectroscopy. Fiber entrapped microhydrogels shows the magnetic response in presence of external magnetic field. |
