제목 The Effect of New Small Molecule Electrolytes Based on Hydroxyl Groups for Organic Solar Cells
초록 To reach the high efficiency of organic solar cells (OSCs), introducing semiconducting materials is known as a good plan. In this work, the new small molecule(SM) electrolytes are designed with two terminal hydroxyl groups. Two kinds of SM electrolytes were spin-coated as the cathode buffer layer (CBL) between ZnO layer and the active layer. The structure of inverted OSCs was made of ITO/ZnO/CBL/PTB7:PC71BM/MoO3/Ag. By introducing organic hydroxyl groups, the magnitude of the interface dipole between ZnO layer and the active layer was improved. And the power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) were also increased by the effect of interface dipole.
