제목 Fabrication of high-performance tandem polymer solar cells via printing technique
초록 Although tandem polymer solar cells (PSCs) with power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) exceeding 10% have been reported by a spin coating method, multiple layers of tandem structure hinder the realization of tandem PSCs through printing technique. Because these occur not only complicated process, but also aggravation of the degradation resulted from the solvent penetration. In this work, we fabricated efficient and printed tandem PSCs with the simplified structure using the nanocomposite which contains photoactive and n-type interfacial materials, polyethyleneimine (PEI). The top surfaces of ITO and PEDOT:PSS with low work function (WF) were obtained owing to forming the self-assembled PEI layers on both surfaces through spontaneously vertical phase separation. Consequently, our tandem device achieved a PCE of 9.1% via doctor blade coating.
