제목 Optical, Structural and Electronic Effects of Graphenes in Poly(3-hexylthiophene)
초록 Graphene is attracting materials owing to its 2-dimensional ultra thin structure and its fascinating physical properties such as quantum electronic transport, tunable band gap, extremely high mobility, high elasticity and electromechanical modulation. And recent studies have shown that graphene or graphene oxide can enhance the mechanical strength and conductivity by adding small amount of graphene even below 0.01wt% in several polymers. We observed how graphene affect the optical, structural, electronic characteristic of P3HT. GIWAX and UV-Vis spectra discovered that graphene induce growth of P3HT crystal on its surface owing to pi-pi interaction between graphene and P3HT. By fabricating organic field effect transistor with graphene and P3HT, We observed that graphene can enhance the mobility of P3HT with slightly decreased on/off current ratio by adding small abount of graphene. And above 1wt%, P3HT-graphene show ambipolar transistor characteristic.
