제목 Crystallization behavior and physical properties of nanocomposites based on multi-walled carbon nanotube and miscible PMMA/PVDF blends
초록 Poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) is an amorphous polymer and has excellent electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is a semi-crystalline polymer and has good physical properties such as excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. PVDF is used as bipolar plate material in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell. In this study, PMMA and PVDF with multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) were prepared by melt mixing in a twin-screw extruder. After the hot pressing nanocomposites were quickly quenched in ice water and annealed at 120℃. Morphologies of PMMA/PVDF/MWCNT nanocomposites were observed depending on composition. MWCNT composition were fixed to be 1.5%. To investigate morphologies, thermal properties and electrical properties, TEM, DSC and electric conductivity measurement were carried out.
