제목 Flexible and Transparent PEDOT:PSS/Graphene Composite Films for Thermoelectric Generator
초록 We report the flexible and transparent PEDOT:PSS/graphene composites obtained using layer-by-layer coating method as thermoelectric materials. PEDOT:PSS was synthesized by oxidative polymerization. After the layer-by-layer coating process, graphene films, which transferred to PET substrate, were covered with PEDOT:PSS thin film. The results of AFM and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the synergy effect thorough composite film improved an electrical properties. The maximum electrical conductivity and power factor of PEDOT:PSS/graphene hybrid film were 1096 S/cm, 57.9 μW/m·K2, respectively. In addition, the hybrid films exhibited excellent transparency, mechanical flexibility and stability.
