제목 | Properties of Tack-free UV Curable Polyurethane Dispersion/Silica Nanocomposite |
초록 | UV curable polyurethane dispersion(UV-PUD) are applied to many industrial fields because of the short preparation period and the simple manufacture technologies. In this study, we investigated interactions between inorganic silica and UV-PUD to improve many properties. Two different types of silica which are hydrophobic(Aerosil R812) and hydrophilic(Aerosil 200) have been incorporated and analyzed in terms of hydrophilicity. Mechanical and thermal properties of UV-PUD/silica nanocomposites were improved. Anti-abrasion was also improved with increasing silica content. It was found that hydrophilic silica(Aerosil 200) gave better effect than that of hydrophobic silica(Aerosil R812) in mechanical as well as other properties. |
