제목 Manganese fluoride nanoparticles synthesized by microwave irradiation in binary mixtures of ionic liquid and ethylene glycol
초록 The rapid microwave-assisted method has been demonstrated to synthesize manganese fluoride (MnF2) nanoparticles using binary mixtures of ethylene glycol and ionic liquid. The effects of the volume ratio of ionic liquid in binary mixtures and the type of ionic liquids on the morphologies and crystalline structures of MnF2 were investigated. Among the MnF2 with various morphologies, the electrochemical performance of the hierarchical flower-like MnF2 was improved in terms of reversible specific capacity as anode for lithium-ion batteries.
