제목 Synthesis and Electrochemical Properties of TiOF2 by direct fluorination
초록 In this work, TiOF2 prepared by direct fluorination with NF¬3 gas of TiO2 precursor was found to induce changes in the structure and surface properties as well as the electrochemical properties of TiOF2. The TiOF2 was changed crystal phase from TiOF2 to fluorine doped anatase TiO2 with increasing fluorination temperature. These structure changes were induced to decrease the Ti3+ ratio of TiOF2 surface. The specific capacitance of TiOF2 phase which was treated NF3 gas at 580 oC was observed seven-fold higher than that of anatase TiO2 in this study. The enhanced capacitance of TiOF2 could be expected to higher conductivity and charge transfer of TiOF2 phase than anatase TiO2 which was mainly attributed to the higher Ti3+ ratio.
