제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Fluorene-Thienothiophene-Based Conjugated Copolymer
초록 A new alternating conjugated copolymer comprised of 9,9’-dioctylfluorene and thienothiophene moiety has been synthesized by palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction. The synthesized polymer with a molecular weight of Mn = 13 600 and Mw = 24 500 could be well characterized by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, TGA, and DSC. The polymer showed 5 % weight loss at 387 oC, indicative of good thermal stability. It exhibited a relatively high glass temperature at ca. 112 oC and crystallization temperature at ca. 162 oC. The maximum UV-visible absorption and photoluminescence of the polymer in film were at ca. 443 nm and 523 nm, respectively. It showed green light emission with the maximum at ca. 510 nm from ITO/PEDOT/polymer/LiF/Al configuration EL device. Detailed synthetic scheme and characteristics of copolymer will be presented.
