Patterned Metal-Polymer Composites as an Efficient Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) Platform |
초록 |
The robust and facile fabrication strategies for surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) active substrates are important for developing practical SERS sensors. As comparing to traditional SERS substrates such as roughened metallic surface or randomly distributed metal nanoparticles, the highly ordered SERS substrates with controllable geometries are essential to obtain large and stable Raman enhancement with reproducibility. Here, we report a novel SERS platform composed of patterned Au nanoparticle/chitosan composite. The chitosan can not only play a role as the matrix for Au nanoparticles adsorption but also can be readily manipulated into well-ordered patterns via soft nanolithography. The fabrication strategy employing chitosan nanopatterns will provide reliable reproducibility and good sensitivity for SERS based detection of DNA hybridization. |
