제목 Synthesis of Inorganic-Organic Hybrid Material containing Fluonated-Oligosiloxane for Organic Devices Encapsulation
초록 To operate stable organic devices for long periods, encapsulation of organic devices is an essential. We have synthesized inorganic-organic hybrid passivation material (TPDt), which has fluorine functional groups and is solution-processible, solvent-free. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, water contact angle demonstrated good properties of TPDt films such as density, surface smoothness, surface hydrophobicity, transparency. To confirm barrier property of TPDt film, we fabricated TFTs by using organic semiconductor, poly[9,9-dioctylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl]-co-(bithiophene)], and then OTFTs was keeped in 38℃, 90% relative humidity condition. In case of passivated devices, half-life time of OTFT’s mobility was more than 2500 hours.
