제목 Preparation of copper containing nanocomposite film with layer-by-layer process
초록  Organic-inorganic nanocomposite has received much attention because it has potential application fields with their multi-functionality. However, affinity between organic and inorganic substance is intrinsically weak to generate homogenous mixture which is crucial for their properties. In this study, organic/inorganic multi-layered thin film was prepared by layer-by-layer deposition of organic polymer containing copper precursor and poly(amic acid). Localized copper precursor in the thin films was converted to copper metal through electron beam irradiation. Electron beam irradiation influenced on imidization of poly(amic acid) as well. This method can be extended to produce well-defined nanocomposites with diverse metal nanomaterials.
