Development of transdermal drug delivery patch for blackbean extract isoflavones into systemic circulation |
| 초록 |
Black bean has known to be effective for the diabetes, breast cancer, high blood pressure. Black bean contains various components including isoflavone, phenolic acid, anthocyanin and flavanol. Among them, isoflavone is present in a large amount. In particular, genistein and daidzein are known to be anticancer effects. In this study, we extracted isoflavone from black bean and release test from patch where these chemicals were incorporated. |
