제목 Multi-Cargo theranostic nanoparticle for chemo-gene therapy and dual MRI contrast imaging in multi-drug resistance model.
초록 Multicomponent delivery strategy have key importance in real time monitoring of drug-gene delivery and also improving the therapeutic outcome of drug resistant cancer. Herein, we developed a multi-cargo delivery nanocarrier consisting of dual MRI contrast agents, plasmid and drug stabilized biomacromolecule. The HDPP-GMF nanoparticle were highly stable and have enhanced intracellular uptake mechanism and minimal cell toxicity. HDPP-GMF improved the transfection efficiency of therapeutic gene in multidrug resistant cancer cells. The synergistic cytotoxic effect of gene and drug was highly significant in multidrug resistant cancer cells compared to non-resistant cells. Along with dual MRI contrast agent (T1-T2) showed to be efficient theranostic nanoparticle. The enhanced theranostic property observed in the HDPP-GMF nanoparticle could improve the therapeutic efficacy in future preclinical and clinical trials.
