제목 Parallel Structural dsDNA/Recombinant Azurin hybrid as DNA Conductance Booster for miRNA and viral DNA Detection
초록 Here, we firstly reported a novel hybrid structure consists of parallel structural dsDNA (PSD) conjugated with recombinant azurin (rAzu) to increase the dsDNA electrical conductivity and control the charge transport (CT) migration. Then, this novel hybrid structure was applied for electrochemical detection of nucleic acids with ultra-sensitivity towards single base pair mutation. DNA conductivity was measured based on the reduction of Ag+ ion intercalated between C-C mismatches of dsDNAs at the top of each structure. The CT mechanism across the hybrid structure was clarified on the basis of the redox potential location of the molecules. The proposed PSD/rAzu hybrid with the ability of miRNA expression level profiling in cancer cells can be used as a general platform for precise detection of viral DNAs and RNAs.
