제목 Synthesis and Properties of poly(dioxaborolane)s containing perfluorocyclobutane (PFCB) for low dielectric materials.
초록 The perfluorocyclobutane(PFCB) polymers have the conventional properties of fluoropolymer such as low dielectric constant, high thermal stability and high chemical resistance. The fluoropolymers are shown to small dipole and low polarizability of C-F bond, thereby lowering their dielectric constants. In this study, we designed and synthesised new monomers by reaction of catechol and boronic-acid. The poly(dioxaborolane)s containing PFCB were synthesized using thermal cyclodimerization of trifluorovinyl-ether(TFVE) functional units of monomers without any initiator and catalyst. Monomers and polymers were characterized by 1H and 19F NMR and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The polymers are show good thermal stabilities with 5% original weight-loss temperatures (T5) > 300oC and low dielectric constants of 2.4 and low dielectric loss of 0.001 U at 10kHz.
