Investigation of Small Artery Vessel from Blends PS/PCL Electrospun |

In this experiment, artificial blood vessel was fabricated from electro-spun polystyrene/polycaprolactone (PS/PCL). To evaluate biocompatibility, electrospun blends PS/PCL tested the cytotoxicity, cells adhesion and cell proliferation on endothelial cells. SEM morphology of samples seeded cells; western blot responded on RNA, cell viability and MTT data showed that the component was good biocompatibility and cell proliferation. Burst strength of electropun PS/PCL tubes showed that the composite were competent as artificial blood vessel. |
