제목 Optical Properties of Al Doped ZnO Nanofibers Synthesized by Electrospinning
초록 Zinc Oxide has conductivity and super conductivity characteristics. In this paper, Aluminum is added on Zinc Oxide to experiment if electrical, physical, optical characteristics can be improved significantly. To test this, Zinc Oxide and Aluminum Zinc Oxide is fabricated as nano fiber form. Zinc Oxide solution is created by mixing Poly Vinyl Pyrrolidone, ethyl alcohol, and zinc acetate. Aluminum Zink Oxide is created by adding Aluminum solution to Zink Oxide sol. By applying these sols on electro spinning method, nano fibers were fabricated. These fibers are treated with heat at 300, 500, and 700 degrees and were analyzed with XRD and SEM to examine the nano structures. TGA and DSC measurement was also used to see the change of mass and calorie upon temperature change. In addition, it will be to announce it for an optical characteristic change by the amount of aluminum doping.
