Co-polymer Electro-spun of Flexible and Non-flexible Polymer PLGA/PCL Blend for Tissue Engineering and It’s Biocompatibility |

In this study, co-polymer PLGA/PCL electro-spun was fabricated by various ratios of blend PLGA/PCL solutions (10/90, 20/80, 30/70). The ratios of PLGA/PCL blend were reflected by FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) data. Investigation showed that the biocompatibility of co-polymer electro-spun increased following increasing PLGA concentrations through MTT assay, one cell morphology (60 min) and SEM observation (1 day and 3 days) data. Results reflected that PLGA concentrations affected to mechanical properties of electro-spun membranes as strain (%) increased while stress (%) was decreasing if PLGA concentration increased. |
