제목 4-mercaptophenyl Boronic Acid-incorporated Assembled Ag embedded Silica Nanoparticles-coated Graphene Oxide for Detection of Glucose
초록 4-mercaptophenyl boronic acid-incorporated assembled Ag embedded silica nanoparticles-coated graphene oxide (GO@SiO2@Ag@4-MPBA) was prepared for glucose detection by introducing 4-MPBA onto the surface of Ag. The GO@SiO2@Ag@4-MPBA have 2.2 times stronger SERS signal intensity than GO@Ag. Also, SiO2 coating affected on GO by lowering the background signals of GO. The SERS intensity of GO@SiO2@Ag@4-MPBA showed pH-dependent behavior and displayed their highest SERS intensity at pH 3. The GO@SiO2@Ag@4-MPBA which interacted with glucose increased the SERS intensity at both 1,072 and 1,588 cm-1. The range of linearity invested from 2 to 20 mM glucose. These results provide possibility to development of biosensors based SERS using graphene oxide as a substrate.
