제목 A novel fast dye coating method by adopting mixture of solvents with different viscosities
초록  In dye-sensitized solar cells production, the most time consuming process is coating dye on working electrodes. Ru-based N719 dye adsorption on a photo anode takes a long time. We have demonstrated a simple dye coating method using a mixed solvent of ethylene glycol (EG) and glycerol. The mixture gives the advantage of fast dye coating.  While one of the solvents protects an electrode from air conditions which may cause oxidation of the dye molecules on the TiO2 surface at high temperature. According to our experiments, dye coating time can be shortened down to 5 minutes from several hours without dye degradation. The maximum performance was obtained from an  EG : glycerol ratio of 1 : 1. This mixture of solvents gives a performance of  9.1% with a short-circuit current density of 15.8 mAcm-2, an open-circuit voltage of 0.81 V, and a fill factor of 0.71.
