Many researchers had been tried to make short coating process during car manufacturing process using pre-primed coating systems. We had been studied polyester/melamine coatings using curing agents which were amino resinsuch as HMMM. We had been synthesized linear types of polyester resins using linear types of acids such as IPA, 1,4-CHDA andNPG. We had been introduced at liner polyester using urethane monomer and polycarbonate diol. The contents of PCDL had been increased , the cured coating films of polyester/melamine had been increased formability and flexibility. |
