제목 | A novel quantum dot-based silicon nanoparticles |
초록 | Si nanoparticles may have benefits over other quantum dots for optical and electronic applications. We prepare of air and moisture stable dodecanol derivatized silicon nanoparticles by room temperature by sodium naphthalenide reduction of silicon halides. The nanoparticles were characterized by UV-vis, PL, FTIR, TGA and 1H NMR spectriscopy. |
