제목 Low Bandgap Tungstate Material, CuWxMo1-xO4 Photoanode for Advanced Water Oxidation Reaction
초록 CuWO4 has been studied due to its unique band low bandgap around 2.3eV. Even though CuWO4 shows better performance in terms of light absorption, notorious drawbacks so called poor bulk and surface charge transportation still hinder desired solar decomposition. Some approaches have carried out co-catalyst, heterojunction formation for solving problems. But their effect is still too poor to improve. One group explained that Mo6+ can be readily substituted to W6+ site owing to its similars radius so that conduction band position can be moved to the downward.  In this presentation, CuWxMo1-xO4 was synthesized and several treatments such as hydrogen treatment, co-catalyst attachment are adjusted to improve not only bulk but also surface kinetics.
