The Screening of Serine Kinase by using One-Bead One-Compound (OBOC) Method |

Peptides that are phosphorylated by protein kinase are widely used in drug discovery fields. To discover the specific peptide substrate sequence of protein kinase, a high-throughput screening method based on the ladder type One-Bead One-Compound (OBOC) peptide library was developed. In this study, we tried to discover the specific peptide substrate of protein kinase A (PKA) by using ladder type OBOC peptide library. After analyzing the peptide sequences that reacted with serine kinase by using MALDI/TOF, we discovered new PKA substrate peptide sequences. |
