제목 A transdermal drug-delivery system(DDS) of Porous chitosan based and poly(L-DOPA) adhesive scaffold
초록 Poly(L-DOPA) was synthesized and used to full high and medium molecular weight chitosan scaffold to improve the physical properties of bioadhesive materiasls.  Chitosan scaffold and bioadhesive properies were characterized bond strength, drug-delivery efficiency, morphology, cytotoxicity, and histology. We ascertained that the optimal conmbination for high bond strength was 77.9% polymethacrylic acid (PMA, molecular weight : 9,500 Da) and 22.1 % L-DOPA. Drug release was 1.5 times faster from the poly(L-DOPA) filled chitosan scaffold of medium moluculat weight than from the high molecular weight scaffold.
