제목 Morphology Controlled Growth of Phase-pure SnS and Its Application for Thin Film Solar Cells
초록 Facile control on morphology of phase pure tin monosulfide (SnS) thin films, one of the future promising absorbers for thin film solar cells, was enabled by controlling the growth kinetics in vapor transport deposition. The SnS morphology was changed from plate-like shape to cube-like shape. Minimization of pinholes due to the formation of cubic-like SnS grains directly led to the increased shunt resistance of the SnS/CdS heterojunction solar cells as well as improvement in open-circuit voltage. Detailed characterization on SnS as well as SnS/CdS heterojunction will be discussed in my presentation.
