제목 Fabrication of Al2O3 ceramic reinforced photopolymers for SLA 3D printing application
초록 For the fabrication Al2O3 ceramic reinforced photopolymer for SLA 3D printing application, VTES (vinyltriethoxysilane) were used for a silane coupling agent. The interactions between silane coupling agent and inorganic materials are based on hydrolysis and condensation reactions, and the interaction between silane coupling agents and polymers are based on inter-penetrating network (IPN) phenomena occuring in the interphase region. The microstructures of VTES-coated Al2O3 ceramic nanoparticles were investigated by SEM, elemental mapping, and TEM analysis. The mechanical characteristics of VTES-coated Al2O3 ceramic/commercial photopolymer composites were analyzed by tensile strength and Young's modulus examinations. The optimal content of the VTES-coated Al2O3 ceramic was found to be 15 wt% for desirable tensile characteristics.
