제목 Synthesis of Gold Nanoparticle Ink for the Defect Repair of Printed Circuits
초록 A dispersion containing 10nm gold particles in several solvent was subjected to electrohydrodynamic (EHD) inkjet print for the defect repair of printed circuits. To vary the molphologies of gold nanoparticle ink, diffrent reducing and capping agents were used such as Sodium citrate, Sodium borohydride, Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and Hexathiol. These morphologies are observed by transmittance electron microscope (TEM). To demonstrate the interface between the ink and Aluminum patterned circuits, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used. Volume resistivity of the ink was measured by 4-probe method.
