제목 Study for super heat resistant and strength polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) material development used in headlamp for light weight
초록 The effect of the properties of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/Glass Fiber blends was investigated. The blends were extruded by a twin screw extruder attached with a mixing zone. And their molded properties were examined. As a basic blend composition, a linear PPS/Glass Fiber (60/40) blend was selected based on advanced company's product. First factor of experimental is temperature change, second factor of experimental is cooling condition, third factor of experimental is screw rpm change. The maximum mechanical properties of blends was found at 320℃, main 400rpm and side 100rpm. It seems to by the case that this conditions caused the enhancement of compatibility between linear PPS and Glass Fiber phase.
