제목 | A study on the morphology and the properties of electroless Ni-P plating on the anodized Aluminium substrate |
초록 | Electroless Nickel plating is widely used technique in industries.In the past several years, electroless Ni-P alloys have been widely used as engineering coating , electronic, aerospace, chemical engineering industries and semiconductor because of their high hardness, thermal stability, satisfactory wear and corrosion resistance properties. And recently anodic oxidation is used extensively to improve the surface properties of alloy have significant attention due to their diverse applications which for example, include dielectrics in Aluminium capacitors, keying layers for retention of organic coatings and protection of Aluminium substrates from their service environments. In this research, Aluminium substrate was anodized use the method that were boiled for 5 minutes in the distilled water at 98oC to get the highly crystalline hydroxide layer covered on the Aluminium surface. The Aluminium substrate was anodized at a constant current in 1.25mol H3BO3 and 0.025mol NH4B5O8 solution at 85oC for 30 minutes. To make sure that is it used advantage of electroless Ni-P plating on anodized Aluminium substrate was investigated for uniform deposition and uniform phosphorous concentration in different condition of acid bath at 70oC and 80oC. |
