제목 | Cholangiocarcinoma immunotherapy using light responsive modulator |
초록 | Many studies about effective delivery to cholangiocarcinoma of gemcitabine have been developed. However, delayed diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma has the problem of low therapeutic effect. There are still difficulties to overcome various problems such as enhancing therapeutic effect and nonspecific normal tissue damage. In this study, we made light reactive modulator loaded gemcitabine to improve the therapeutic efficacy. The release rate of gemcitabine from liposomes was improved approximately 2-fold compared to the non-laser irradiation group due to lipid destruction by reactive oxygen species generated from activated photosensitizers upon laser irradiation. Modulators enter tumor tissue and increase drug release in cancer upon laser irradiation. In addition, modulators recruited various immune cells for effective anti-tumor immunotherapy against cholangiocarcinoma. These modulators are expected to grow into new platforms for drug delivery systems and chemotherapy. |
