제목 Uniform formation of ZnO Thin film Interlayer via oxygen-enriched environment for efficient organic photovoltaics.
초록 We have fabricated zinc oxide based reverse-organic solar cells with improved stability in air. ZnO formed by the solution process was used as an electron transport layer due to environmental stability, optical transparency and high electron mobility in the OSCs, and the characteristics of ZnO thin film for annealing environment were analyzed. The ZnO thin film was formed in air, and the device using this film enabled efficient charge generation and transportation compared with the argon environment, and thus Voc, Jsc and F.F were improved, resulting in improvement of PCE[%]. Crystallinity and surface properties of ZnO formed with oxygen contributed were analysed by XPS, XRD, AFM and contact angle was used for surface analysis of optimized ZnO/polyethylenimine (PEI) films with controlled surface properties. In conclusion, an air-stable inverted OSCs with a zinc oxide thin films were found to be more stable than those formed in an argon environment, maintaining 80 % PCE for 500 hours.
