It is becoming necessary to develop effective super capacitors to realize eco friendly and high efficient energy storage devices. Recently, 3D metal oxides have been considered as a promising anode materials for super capacitors with high electrochemical performances, structural stability, superior electronic conductivity. Here, we designed Nickel oxide/graphene nanocomposites via a simple microwave synthesis. Ni nanoparticles were attached to the CNT to form a hierarchical structure. In the case of conventional 3D carbon structure has the rate limiting characteristic and deterioration for long-term stability due to interfacial resistance and defects are generated at the junction by physical networking. Our product shows excellent surface property because CNT branches were grown directly on the graphene surface. 3D structure of compounds supports high surface area and conductivity. |
