코크스가스 정제 공정에 있어서 황화수소의 제거효율 향상 |
초록 |
Certain componets of coke oven gas have to be removed because of operational or environmental requirement. Ammonia is removed down to a residual concentration of about 0.05 - 0.02g/M3 because it is very corrosive towards the gas lines. Additionally it is a major source for creating nitrous oxides when the gas is combusted. And to lower the SOx emission in the stack gas and to prevent from plugging lines, valves and other equipment when sulfur and ammonia compounds are formed as a salt, hydrogen sulfide is removed normally down to 0.5g/M3. The main objectives of this research is to evaluate the system dynamics of scrubbing process to find out stable and optimum operation conditions. Also, an experimental research is carried out to investigate the reliability of simulation results for H2S scrubbing process |
